Spain's public deficit, including the central government, social security system and regions, but not including town halls, was 1.49 percent of economic output in the first eleven months of the year, the budget ministry said on Tuesday.
That was above the 1.07 pct deficit registered in the first ten months of the year, according to ministry figures.
Spain's 2019 budget proposal sees a budget deficit of 1.3 percent of economic output this year after an expected 2.7 percent in 2018.
