Hyderabad Electric Supply Company has established a central complaint cell its headquarters to receive and address the consumers' complaints from 13 districts of the region promptly during Eid holidays. The cell has been established on the directives of the Chief Executive Officer of HESCO. The HESCO CEO will personally monitor performance of the control cell to ensure uninterrupted power supply during holidays.
Besides, directives have been issued to HESCO operation circles, divisions and sub-divisions to make necessary arrangement with deployment of required staff and availability of sufficient spare parts for meeting out emergent situation during holidays. The HESCO Helpline 118 remains functional round the clock and ensure prompt action for removal of any fault of power supply lines of the region.
