Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that opposition was trying to create chaos for its personal gains. The past rulers were responsible for current price hike due to which the whole nation was reaping the fruit of massive corruption, she said. The Special Assistant further stated that in fact the hue and cry of some political parties was to divert the attention of the masses from their massive corruption of their big bosses.
Addressing different functions in Sialkot and Daska, she said PTI led government was making sincere efforts for bringing the country out of multifarious problems on top priority basis, adding that people would observe a visible change in near future. Dr Firdous further stated that ex-rulers had protected the each others corruption just for prolonging their tenure and ruined the national economy ruthlessly for their personal gains. The Special Assistant further stated that government was endeavouring for making the country free of poverty and corruption aimed at protecting future of young generation.
Firdous said the government was making adequate efforts for bringing the country out of economic crisis, adding that several positive steps had been taken for strengthening the economy. The PTI government was endeavouring to bringing radical changes in every sphere of life as well as solving the problems of the country on top priority basis, she said. She said PTI government believed in supremacy of rule of law and democracy and was making all out efforts to strengthen democratic institutions and promotion of democracy at grassroots level in the country.
The Special Assistant stressed upon the people that they should strengthen the hands of Prime Minister Imran Khan for brining economic stability and purging the country from the menace of corruption and nepotism. The Advisor said that Imran Khan struggling for the solidarity and prosperity of the country and people should extend their full support to Prime Minister for achieving ultimate goals.
