A Journalist forum consisting of senior journalists had been established in Sialkot. The basic objectives of setting up the forum aimed at promoting healthy and impartial journalism in this export-oriented city and the hub of cottage industry of the country. In addition, the forum will focus its special attention purging black sheep, self-seekers as well as eliminating other malpractices from the field of journalism.
The newly established forum would soon hold its meeting for formulation of its constitution and to nominate its head. The forum will made its strenuous efforts for obtaining due rights and status of Sialkot because the city was being deprived of its due status.
