Mansoor Ijaz hands over four pages of Blackberry bill to court
KARACHI: American business tycoon Mansoor Ijaz has handed over his Blackberry bill to the Judicial Commission probing the "memogate" case, according to the media on Friday.
Ijaz told the court through video link that he received the bill of March 2011 on the 23rd of the same month, and added, "I can only produce four pages of the bill at the moment."
He said, "I have provided my Blackberry bill to the honourable judges and secretary commission."
Former Pakistan ambassador to the US Husain Haqqani’s council Zahid Bukhari objected that the bill is fake to which Ijaz said, “Zahid Bukhair’s objection is bordering on the insane.”
The bench also allowed Mansoor Ijaz's wife to sit in the proceedings.
Mansoor Ijaz is recording his statement at Pakistan's High Commission in London.
Justice Qazi Faez Isa is heading the commission in the Islamabad High Court.
