ANP's general secretary, Mian Iftikhar Hussain has condemned the tirade of KP government spokesman against ANP and its chief Asfandyar Wali Khan and asked him to read the book written by Reham Khan to get acquainted with the knowledge of the days and nights of his leader.
In his reaction to the statement of the KP government spokesman, he said that Shaukat Ali Yousafzai is making statements against ANP chief Asfandyar Wali Khan who was expelled from government on charges of corruption by his government and therefore, he should tell that how he had become dry cleaned of corruption.
Mian Iftikhar warned Shaukat Yousafzai to issue statement according to his stature and if he is so pious then why he is not talking of the corruption of Aleema Khan and Imran Khan's father who was sacked from service on corruption along with 313 other corrupt persons.
The ANP stalwart said that during the previous PTI provincial government, Imran Khan had prohibited conversation on the corruption of Pervez Khattak and the benefits obtained by Jehangir Tareen, and no one was allowed to talk about him. Similarly, he said that speaking regarding corruption in Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organisation (PEDO) and wrong strategy was also banned that means Imran Khan was behind their complete support.
These allegations, Mian Iftikhar said, were not levelled by him rather by the former spouse of Imran Khan, Reham Khan, who said that unfortunately people naïve to parliamentary culture are sitting on coveted seats are becoming cancer for the country. He attributed Imran Khan as a sorrowful addition in the unfortunate political history of Pakistan, who is being used as puppet and hurdle in path of promotion of democratic traditions and civilian supremacy. He said that the prime example of Imran Khan's corruption is his conflicting remarks regarding his 'Banigala House'.
