The Accountability Court on Friday returned the application of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) seeking permission to include former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the inquiry of Chaudhry Sugar Mills case and asked the NAB to approach Accountability Court Lahore in this regard. The Accountability Court Judge Mohammad Bashir during the hearing observed that the application does not come under his domain and directed the NAB to approach Accountability Court Lahore in this regard as the case is being heard there. The court observed that this court had convicted Sharif and the NAB can investigate him any time.
