The Executive Director Management & Development Foundation (MDF) Ghulam Mustafa Rajpar announced that MDF with the financial support of State Life Insurance of Pakistan and with the permission of Deputy Commissioner Tharparkar & Deputy Director Social Welfare the Health facilitation Cards being started distribution from Mithi City. Meanwhile the rest of remaining Talukas Diplo, Islamkot, Nagarparkar, Chachro, Dahli & Kaloi the Health Facility cards would be distributed very soon.
He further said that, for every family with Health Facility cards different disease specially Hepatitis B & C, dialysis, Heart diseases, Sugar, failure of Human Body parts, any kind of emergency, Neuro Diseases operation, any incidents or cancer etc the admission for treatment of the mentioned hospitals, every family can annually expense or utilize Rs 300,000. Mean while secondary disease in which normal delivery or operation, diseases of delivery, before the delivery four times check up and after for the health of mother & child one time check up every family can expense or utilize the Rs 600,000 for the treatment.
Every registered family of Health Facility Card can get the treatment from the following mentioned hospitals In Mithi, Ali Mural Shah Medical Center Mithi, Al Khidmat Hospital Islamkot road Mithi, Neel Kanth Mother Care Mithi in Chachro, love & Trust Hospital behind PSO Patrol Pump in Umerkot: Mehran Medical center near Haji Wali Muhammad Samejo Market in Mirpurkhas, Muhammad Medical College near Ratanabad Hyderabad Road in Badin, Shahab Welfare Medical Center near Hyderabad bypass.
