The country's total liquid foreign exchange reserves slightly declined by $41 million to stood at $15.02 billion end of the last week. During the week ending August 02, 2019, the State Bank of Pakistan's (SBP) foreign exchange reserves decreased by $38 million to $7.729 billion down from $7.767 billion, mainly due to external debt servicing and other official payments. In addition, reserves held by the banks fell $3.7 million to $7.291 billion end of the last week.
