Futures spread down by 1545 bps

The futures spread declined by 1545bps to negative 6.89 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter improved as average daily volumes increased by 63.3 percent to 70.61 million shares as compared to previous week's average of 43.23 million shares. Average daily trading value increased by 56.5 percent to Rs 2.661 billion during this week.
