Employees led by management of Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL) observed the Kashmir hour as directed by Prime Minister Imran Khan with great fervour and enthusiasm on Friday 30th August 2019, at MPCL Head Office Islamabad. All employees of Mari Petroleum including women participated in large number outside MPCL Head Office building at the designated time, displaying Kashmiri and Pakistani flags in large numbers, along with placards displaying Anti-Indian and Pro Kashmiri liberation slogans. The employees of the Company after singing the national anthem took oath to help and support the Kashmiri brethren under all circumstances.
The employees appreciated efforts of the Government for highlighting the Kashmiri issue amongst the International community and praised Pakistan Army for their bravery and state of preparedness at line of control and international borders to thwart any aggression from Indian forces.
Lieutenant-General Ishfaq Nadeem Ahmad (retd), MD/CEO MPCL thanked the employees of the Company for acknowledging the call of the Prime Minister and urged the employees to continue supporting the Kashmiri liberation struggle with zeal and vigour.-PR
