Hot, humid weather likely on Ashura

Hot and humid weather is expected in the country on Ashura Day: 10th Muharram, Monday the Met Office forecast.
"Hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country," it said, "weak seasonal low lies over northern parts of Balochistan. A shallow westerly wave is present over upper parts of the country".
In the last 24 hours weather remained hot and humid in the most parts of the country with isolated rain and wind-thunderstorm in Hyderabad and Faisalabad Divisions. Nangarparkar received maximum rainfall as 10 mm, Sakrand 2 mm and Jhang 1 mm. Maximum temperature was recorded in Sibbi as 45 degrees Celsius followed by Turbat 44 and Dadu 43.
