So far eight T20 matches have been played between Pakistan and England.
Three T20 matches have been held between the two teams in Dubai with Pakistan winning 2 games and England 1.
Pakistan will secure 5th position in case it wins series 2-1. Pakistan lead series 1-0.
The match will be telecast live on PTV Sports at 9pm.
The third T20 match will be played in Abu Dhabi on February 27.
