THATTA, SINDH: At least 27 persons were injured when a car hit a pickup near here on Saturday. Rescue sources said that a pickup carrying a marriage party was coming from Gharo to Thatta, when a car hit it while negotiating a sharp turning near Gujjo town, 15 kilometers away from Thatta.
As a result, 27 persons including women and children were injured and shifted to Civil Hospital Makli. Later, four critically injured persons, car driver Asim and two children Shahvez and Kainat were rushed to Karachi in precarious condition.
