KARACHI: Seventeen more dengue fever cases were reported in Karachi in a week, taking the reported cases’ toll to 166 since the 1st January 2019.
As per weekly report issued by Prevention and Control Program for Dengue in Sindh, as many as 17 new dengue fever cases surfaced throughout Karachi city in a week.
In February, a total of 28 dengue positive cases surfaced across Karachi city.
A total 171 dengue cases have been detected in Sindh province so far out of which 166 in Karachi and five in other districts. A death was also reported from dengue fever this year so far.
