SC disposes of Memogate Scandal case

ISLAMABAD: A three member bench of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa has disposed of Memogate scandal case.

During the course of proceedings on Thursday, the Chief Justice remarked that an FIR was registered in the light of the recommendations of the Memo Commission. He said it is the responsibility of the state to take action according to the FIR.
