ISLAMABAD: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Jam Kamal Khan Sunday said the provincial government had taken initiatives for betterment and beautification of the provincial metropolis Quetta.
He paid a surprise visit to Joint Road in Quetta city and mingled with the people on the occasion, Radio Pakistan reported.
"Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said the anti- encroachment drive had been launched for the sake of improving traffic system in the city. The government was taking measures for development and prosperity of the province and masses, he added.
