NEW YORK: US West Texas Intermediate crude at Magellan East Houston (WTI MEH) traded as much as $11.75 a barrel above benchmark futures on Monday, the highest level on record, traders said.
WTI MEH, an actively traded grade in the Gulf Coast, firmed by more than $3 from to Friday's premium as fog disrupted shipments into the region, dealers said. The grade was last seen at about $11 a barrel over US crude futures.
