Samsung announces two new mid-range smartphones
After introducing its Galaxy S10 flagship and Galaxy Fold, Samsung has now introduced two new mid-tier Galaxy A series smartphones, the A30 and A50.
Samsung is on roll this month as the tech giant is launching new phones one after the other. A week after introducing its much-awaited smartphones, Samsung has now revealed its all new Galaxy A30 and A50.
Samsung Mobile CEO DJ Koh said, “People are changing the way they connect, and their smartphones need to keep up. Our new Galaxy A Series offers improvements to the essential features that will support these live interactions, with diverse options to meet their ever-changing needs.”
The Galaxy A30, according to Samsung, is for ‘those on-the-go all the time’. The 6.4-inch phone features a waterdrop Infinity-U display making it perfect for gaming, multi-tasking, browsing and watching videos. The phone features 4,000mAh battery, 16MP+5MP dual camera, rear fingerprint sensor and Face Unlock.
The Galaxy A50 aimed to keep ‘you connected to your world’ features a similar 6.4-inch Infinity-U display with premium 25MP+5MP+8MP triple rear camera equipped with innovative features including AI Camera, Scene Optimizer, Selfie Focus and Bixby Vision. Galaxy A50 comes with 4,000mAh battery and an in-display fingerprint sensor instead of a rear one.
Moreover, the pricing and availability of the phones was not yet revealed by Samsung, however, the phones are probably just for the Indian community for now.
