‘We really need to grow up’: Sonu Nigam schools Indians over cheering for war
Indian singer Sonu Nigam hit out at Indian media and locals for acting childish and celebrating war like situation between India and Pakistan.
Speaking to the media, Sonu advised the Indian media to be mature and responsible with its coverage and don’t spread hatred among the people. “Let [your opponent] take a shot first,” he stressed. “If you tease, they are going to tease you back”.
He further said, “This is so stupid of Indians, we start acting childish, we Indians really need to grow up. Please come with bit decency rather than bashing each other on social media or on TV channels. You can’t celebrate killing of any human either they are Pakistanis or Indians”.
He also tells people from both the sides to show class and deal things with a lot more poise and decency.
