Hero Sammy makes Hamza dream come true

Peshawar Zalmi skipper Daren Sammy made a dream come true for Hamza, a cancer survivor who earlier made a video saying it was his dream to meet Daren Sammy, a wish that was finally fulfilled after the Zalmi captain reached out to meet his young fan.

“Aspire to inspire.. it looks like Hamza's broad shoulders really did help me hit some sixes. Thanks to Peshawar Zalmi for helping me make his dream come true..” wrote Daren Sammy in his post on social  media.

The cancer survivor boy also met with other Zalmi superstars including Wahab Riaz, Kamran Akmal and Chris Jordan. The West Indies T20 World Cup winning captain enjoys a huge fan following in Pakistan, thanks to his gutsy show on the field and enthusiasm off the field.

The Peshawar Zalmi will collide with Quetta Gladiators in the finale on Sunday at National Stadium, Karachi.
