GHOTKI: The second mammoth rally in Sindh of Prime Minister Imran Khan at Ghotki would unveil the roadmap for a Naya Sindh, as this province is also an important federating unit of our Naya Pakistan, said Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (Sindh) chapter acting president and parliamentary party leader in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh.
He was addressing a joint press conference along with Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) leader Sardar Aii Gohar Khan Mahar here at the Gohar Palace Friday.
Haleem Adil said Prime Minister Imran Khan is reaching Ghotki on Saturday and he will address a big rally and also attend a luncheon hosted in his honor by Sardar Ali Gohar Khan Mahar. He said the patriotism of the Mahar family is a precious chapter in the history of Pakistan, as this family had also supported the Pakistan Resolution and was also present in the first assembly.
Haleem Adil said tomorrow it would be the second big rally of Prime Minister Imran Khan in Sindh.
He said this will; however, be a different sort of rally. He said we are all set to make a Naya Sindh along with a Naya Pakistan. He said Imran Khan is visiting Sindh to raise voice for the rights of the downtrodden people of this province.
He said when corrupt people are made accountable for their misdeeds; they suddenly see democracy in danger.
He said for these people democracy also comes under threat when police applies baton charge to PPP activists in Rawalpindi. However, when the PPP government applies baton charge to the protesting teachers in Karachi, it is dubbed as the beauty of democracy.
Haleem Adil said we will ensure that water, gas, electricity and all other resources of Sindh would be duly given to the people of this province. He said the PPP only demands money. He said the GDA has supported us unconditionally.
He said the Prime Minister is not only making promises but also fulfilling them.
However, GDA leader Sardar Ali Gohar Khan Mahar said that we are happy that Prime Minister Imran Khan is visiting our area.
He said we want that our hard working and energetic Prime Minister pays frequent visits of Sindh, so that the people of Sindh would be benefited even more.
He said during last ten years the feeling of deprivation increased in Sindh and now is the time to end this feeling.
He said tomorrow would be a golden day in the history of Ghotki.
He hoped that the Prime Minister would announce a big package for the citizens of Sukkur and Ghotki.
Earlier, Sardar Ali Gohar Khan Mahar and Haleem Adil Sheikh inspected the arrangements of the Ghotki rally and expressed satisfaction over them.
Haleem Adil said that the Prime Minister would also meet PTI leaders in the Gohar Palace and discuss prevailing situation of Sindh with them.
He said in this regard a briefing would be given to the Prime Minister.
He said central leaders of PTI are reaching Ghotki. He said we are fully committed to the problems faced by the people of Sindh province.
