UBAURO: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said when corrupt elements are made accountable they say democracy is in danger. To evade theft of billions of rupees a train was started. I will only let them go if they return the looted money.

He was addressing a rally at Village Khangarh near here on Saturday.

He said they had promised the participants of train march a remuneration of Rs2000 per head, but they paid them Rs200 per head instead and hence also made corruption here. He said even they join hand, but we will not let them free. The nation would not pardon them. If they returned the money looted from the nation, I will let them go, he said. He said if they want protest and sit-ins my container is ready for them. He recalled that he himself had staged sit-in for four months for the cause of democracy.

He regretted that Sindh is lagged behind in development. He said now he will focus on the issues of Sindh. He said Sindh should be more prosperous than other provinces of Pakistan. He said the main cause of poverty in Sindh is corruption.
