While promoting her movie, Alia said in a recent interview, “The character of the girl Kashaf played by Sanam Saeed in the show is very much how Roop will deal with the situation”. Alia further said, “Sanam Saeed very beautifully breathed life into her character and carried all her qualms, anxieties and pressures so effortlessly. It is this aspect of Sanam’s acting that she seems to have drawn inspiration from”.
This interview spread fast, and of course, the news reached Sanam herself who was happy to hear she became an inspiration for Alia. It is indeed a proud moment for Pakistan too to know that Pakistani dramas create an impact on Bollywood big-wigs.
