‘Charlie’s Angels’ first look shows Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, Ella Balinska on a mission

The Charlie’s Angels first look is here, giving us the first glimpse of Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska in Elizabeth Banks’ sequel.

The film is a reboot version of original Charlie’s Angels TV series and the two movies from the 2000s featuring Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu. This time the movie has been described as a continuation on the franchise rather than a straight-up remake.

Shared by Entertainment Weekly, the first few images see the cast members sporting some colourful looks, ranging from red leather jackets to bright horse jockey silks. Along with Kristen Stewart, joining her will be Aladdin's Naomi Scott and newcomer Ella Balinska, while director Elizabeth Banks will also star as Bosley.

This time the movie explores how Charlie's spy agency has evolved over the past 40 years. Featuring an international network of Angels, Banks said that it was important to her that the movie focuses on ‘women working together and supporting each other’.

Charlie’s Angels will open in theatres on November 15.
