BRATISLAVA: Slovakia sold 8.0 million euros ($8.92 million) worth of 1.625 percent state bonds due in January 2031, in non-competitive round of an auction, the finance ministry's Debt and Liquidity Management Agency (ARDAL) said on Tuesday.
The bid/cover ratio in the competitive round was 2.85, compared to 3.95 in the previous sale in April.
Overall, ARDAL sold 123.5 million euros worth of the paper in the competitive and non-competitive rounds.
ARDAL had indicated it aimed to sell around 100 million euros worth of this paper.
