Elsa goes on a dangerous journey to unravel mystery about her powers in ‘Frozen 2’ trailer
Elsa and Anna are getting ready to come back in ‘Frozen 2’. First full length trailer is out giving a thorough glance about a dangerous journey they are heading to in search of answers about Elsa's magical powers.
The trailer premiered on Tuesday and it has already racked up more than 700,000 views on YouTube. After teaser trailer in February, the Disney studio revealed a bit more of the follow-up’s story in the new clip. Princesses Elsa and Anna leave the kingdom of Arendelle behind to travel over raging waterfalls and past Stonehenge-like monuments to unravel a mystery about their homeland.
It seems that Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf will be traveling ‘north, across the enchanted lands’ to protect Arendelle from some unknown threat. The trailer has a strange feel, as a glowing horse appears to Elsa underwater and a rolling boulder transforms into a troll-like creature, who warns her, “The past is not what it seems.” As Elsa unleashes her icy powers, Anna vows to protect her older sister, “I won’t let anything happen to her.”
One of the most popular rumors about ‘Frozen 2’ is that Elsa will be getting a female love interest. The movie will hit theatres on November 22.
