US 30-year mortgage rates tick up from lowest since 2017

NEW YORK: Interest rates on US 30-year fixed-rate mortgages edged higher from their lowest levels since September 2017 as US bond yields had stabilized earlier this week, Freddie Mac said on Thursday.
Thirty-year mortgage rates averaged 3.84% in the week ended June 20, up from 3.82% a week ago and and down from 4.57% a year ago, the mortgage finance agency said.
