BUCHAREST: Romania's finance ministry sold the planned 500 million lei ($120.84 million) of September 2023, treasury bonds on Monday, with the average accepted yield at 4.02pc, central bank data showed.
Debt managers last issued a 2023, paper in May, at an average yield of 4.33pc.
So far this year, Romania has sold 24.5 billion lei and 506.7 million euros on the local market. It also tapped foreign markets in March for 3 billion euros worth of 2026, 2034, and 2049, Eurobonds.
