Pakistan remembers Edhi on his third death anniversary
The third death anniversary of philanthropist Abdul Sattar Edhi is being observed across the country on Monday.
Edhi had started welfare services in 1951 and later established world's biggest volunteer ambulance network along with homeless shelters, animal shelters and orphanages across the country.
The social worker was honoured with several awards for his selfless services in the cause of humanity, both on national and international levels. The celebrated humanitarian died on July 8,2016, at age 88 in Karachi.
It has been three years already that we lost Abdul Sattar Edhi .
He was epitome in Philanthropy and Messiah for poor and deciduous.
May Allah grant him highest place in jannat.
