KARACHI: At least two workers of the Awami National Party (ANP) were killed by unknown gunmen, the media reported on Wednesday.
The gunmen fired on a vehicle near the Matric Board Office in which Zainulabedin and Sajid Hasanzai were killed.
The two ANP workers were on their way home when their vehicle was fired upon.
Earlier, Sajid Hasanzai who was injred in the firing was shifted to the Liaquat National Hospital but succumbed to his injuries after reaching the hospital.
Around four vehicles and three motorcycles were set ablaze by an angry mob near the Lasbela Bridge, while all businesses and shops have been closed for fear of arson and incidents of firing.
