WASHINGTON: A stable US dollar is important, US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said on Wednesday, adding that he will not advocate for a weak dollar near-term.
Over a long period of time, a strong dollar is in interest of the United States, Mnuchin told CNBC in an interview.
