LONDON: Northwest European gasoline refining margins firmed on Tuesday, boosted by strong export demand, particularly on transatlantic journeys.
Arrivals of European gasoline and gasoline components to the United States were seen at about 1.55mn tonnes so far this month, the highest since May's 2.1 million tonnes, Refinitiv Eikon data shows.
July arrivals are already more than 3pc higher than June's levels.
Water levels along the Rhine river, a key waterway for transporting commodities and other products to inland locations from ARA, rose to about 178 cm at the Kaub point.
