JAKARTA: Indonesian government has approved a capital injection of 6.5 trillion rupiah ($458.55 million) to state electricity company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), the cabinet secretary said in a statement.
* The injection was approved by Indonesian president Joko Widodo based on the government's consideration to "improve capital structure and increase business capacity" of PLN, the statement said.
* The additional capital will be sourced from the 2019 state budget.
