Indian singer Mika Singh has been facing severe heat from his Indian fans after he performed in Karachi amidst the ongoing tensions between Pakistan and India. In a shocking move, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has now cancelled his concert with Mika after his Pakistan gig.

The singer thought apologising publicly before the Indian film body, Federation of Western India Cine Employees association (FWICE), would solve his problems and that he would be free to perform anywhere he wished again. But things do not seem easy for him.

Mika reportedly was supposed to take a part in Salman's US concert that was going to start on August 25. However, now it's postponed to a later date and Salman will fly without Mika.

A source close to Salman was quoted saying, “Nowadays you can't be a star/celebrity in India without being 'politically correct'! Mika may have apologised for performing in Pakistan, but he remains tainted as he went ahead and performed in Pakistan, ignoring the country's sentiment,” Indian media reported.

The FWICE had also stated earlier that if any B-town artist works with Mika, then he or she too could get banned.

Mika has given several hit songs for the superstar such as ‘Jumme Ki Raat’ (Kick), Aaj Ki Party (Bajrangi Bhaijaan), Dhinka Chika (Ready) and others.
