KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Monday at 16,015.56 points with a positive change of 307.85 and volume of 49,338,400 shares. High and Low were 16,147.47 and 15,707.71 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 30 were up, 0 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 77,447,160 shares. Total companies traded were 331 of which 232 were positive, 81 were negative and 18 were unchanged.

Technology and Communication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 16,567,000 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 10,343,300 shares.
