Pakistan pace sensation Mohammad Hasnain impressed during his debut at the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), after he took his side Trinbago Knight Riders to victory.

Hasnain picked up three wickets for 36 runs in his spell of four overs, allowing his side cruise to victory against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots by 11 runs. Fellow Pakistan batsman Mohamamd Hafeez was the first to fall against Hasnain after he got caught behind on 16 runs.

Hasnain fired back in the later stages of the game, picking up the important wicket of Fabian Allen, who was looking dangerous on 30 off just 14 deliveries, he claimed his third with the wicket of Rayad Emrit on 1.

A number of Pakistani players are playing at the ongoing edition of CPL, including Shoaib Malik and Wahab Riaz, who were retained by their franchises Guyana Amazon Warriors and Barbados Tridents respectively. Barbados also picked all-rounder Imad Wasim in the 9th round.

Amad Butt will be seen in action for the Jamaica Tallawahs while Usama Mir will represent the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots.
