SINGAPORE: CBOT December corn has found a support at $3.57 per bushel. It may hover above this level or bounce into the range of $3.66 to $3.72-3/4.
The support is provided by the 100% projection level of a downward wave (c) from $4.24-1/2, a break below which could cause a fall to $3.47.
The wave (c) may either end around $3.57 or extend to $3.31. Even though there is no convincing signal of the downtrend reversal, the contract may at least stabilise around $3.57 or bounce moderately.
On the daily chart, the contract broke the support at $3.63-3/4, the May 13 low. It may pull back towards this level.
