Social activist Malala Yousufzai has been facing severe backlash on social media after she commented on the launch of new iPhone 11 but staying silent about the brutality in Indian occupied Kashmir.
Malala engaged a larger audience into the debate when she posted a picture of her dress bearing an uncanny resemblance to the new iPhone’s triple-camera.
Is this just a coincidence that I wore this dress on the same day as Apple iPhone 11’s launch #iPhone11 pic.twitter.com/k6s4WM4HKq

People are now calling her out for not raising her voice for some serious issues like Kashmir. Being a social activist and a global icon, people have been expecting a lot from her. Her comment remained influential every time as it reiterated the public sentiment.
Among the critics was the notable, Pakistani actress/host Mathira, who also criticise Malala for not sticking to her genre. "First of all she has the time to post about iPhone stuff why not Kashmir, I don't get it. Her one tweet against Priyanka and Kashmir will help but she is worried about her dress and iPhone," Mathira wrote.
School children of Kashmir can't go to school because of lockdown, at least have curtesy to send a single tweet about them

Dearest Malala,
While it's really sweet that you have time to tweet about your dress and the launch of the new iPhone 11, please do spare a moment to raise your voice in support of your brothers and sisters in #Kashmir. No one can hear them, but the world will listen to you. 🙏🏽

You cares about how your dress matches with iPhone 11's triple camera feature but doesn't even think about tweeting in favor of Kashmir even when you know your single tweet can help. Wow!
