Tottenham Hotspurs captain Hugo Lloris has suffered a horrific elbow injury after falling awkwardly while attempting to catch the ball against Brighton.
The French international's handling had been found wanting on the goal line, allowing Neal Maupay to nod home.
The 32-year-old was caught out by a floated cross into the penalty area, and had been forced to back pedal into his own net to prevent the ball crossing the line. His elbow could be seen visibly buckling as he landed.
