(Karachi) A 5.2 magnitude earthquake hit Peshawar, Malakand, Mardan, Lower Dir and surrounding areas on Wednesday, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) stated.
The NDMA said the epicenter of the quake was the Hindukush region in Afghanistan and its depth was recorded at 180 kilometres. However, no loss of life and damage to property was reported as yet, it added.
