NAIROBI: The Kenyan shilling strengthened against the dollar on Tuesday with inflows from diaspora remittances and tightening liquidity in the local money market easing dollar demand from merchandise importers, traders said.
At 0952 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 103.55/75 per dollar, compared with 103.65/85 at Monday's close.
