President of SITE Association of Industry, Suleman Chawla has urged the EVP PTCL to improvised services and save the industrialists of the area from any further loss. Suleman Chawla said that the industrialists of SITE industrial area are suffering a huge loss of millions of rupees as the hundreds of phone lines in the area are out of order for the last 4 to 5 months, putting at halt the whole communication including fax and email systems.
He scriticised the PTCL authorities for not providing the improvised services as a result of which their valued subscribers are in a great distress. Expressing concern and disappointment he said that privatization of PTCL was carried out with a view, that the undertakers of the private company will provide necessary investments and improve operation management, in order to provide better and efficient servers to the customers.
