KARACHI: Pakistan cricket coach Dave Whatmore says that there is no security issue in Pakistan.
Talking to the media on Monday, he said the team for Sri Lanka's tour in Pakistan will be announced in the first week of May, adding that the training camp for the tour will start from April 27.
Pakistan has a conducive atmosphere for cricket, Whatmore further stated.
He deplored the cancellation of the Bangladesh's tour of Pakistan.
It may be mentioned that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) appointed the former Australian Test cricketer as coach in January this year.
