TIKA-Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency has donated 5 state of the art Color Doppler Machines -"Color Ultrasound Facility" to Patients' Aid Foundation for the department of Radiology at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JMPC.
The facility will provide free of cost services to around 150-200 patients per day at JPMC which is one of the biggest state owned health facilities in the country, making a huge social impact on the patients.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was jointly held by Advisor to Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Kamil Kolabas, TIKA Karachi Coordinator Ibrahim Katirci and The Executive Director JPMC Dr Seemin Jamali here at the JPMC on Monday morning.
Chairpersons of Patients' 'Aid Foundation Mushtaq K Chappra, and Zahid Bashir were also present. They extended their heartfelt gratitude to the people of Turkey for their generous contribution towards Pakistan's health sector.
