Gulberg Greens Farm Houses: value of residential and commercial properties fixed

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has fixed values of residential and commercial properties located in area of Gulberg Greens Farm Houses (4kanal and above) for assessment of tax in Rawalpindi.

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has fixed values of residential and commercial properties located in area of Gulberg Greens Farm Houses (4kanal and above) for assessment of tax in Rawalpindi.

According to an SRO.1376(I)/2019 issued by the FBR on Wednesday, the value of residential property per marla of the said Farm Houses (4kanal and above) has been fixed at Rs 250,000 and value of commercial property per marla has been fixed at Rs 2,500,000 of farm houses (4Kanal and above) in the said area of Rawalpindi.
