Post-arrest bail plea of Rana Sana: LHC seeks reply from ANF by December 4

The Lahore High Court on Thursday sought reply from Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) by December 4 on post-arrest bail petition of former law minister Rana Sanaullah Khan in drug case.

Rana Sana in his petition contended that he was implicated in a false case on political grounds as he had been a strong critic of the government.

He mainly relied upon record of Punjab Safe City Authority (PSCA) and pleaded that it established innocence of Rana Sana and rejected the story of the prosecution. The ANF had arrested Rana Sana on July 01 with a recovery of 15-kg heroin.
