Ghee manufacturing mills: LHC restrains fed, provincial governments from taking action

The Lahore High Court on Thursday restrained the federal and provincial governments from taking coercive measures against vegetable ghee manufacturing mills with respect to enforcement of new prices.

The court also sought replies from the respondent governments by November 29 in the petition of the association of the ghee manufacturing companies challenged a notification by director general Industries, Prices, Weights & Measures, government of Punjab.
