The 10th annual vintage and classic car Rally 2019, which commenced its journey from Khyber to Karachi on Sunday warmly welcomed in Peshawar. The rally will head to Islamabad from Peshawar to reach its final destination, Karachi on November 29.

The vintage and classic cars show was organised jointly by Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP) and Classic Land Rover in Peshawar Service Club as the oldest and classic cars provided an entertainment and joy for the Peshawarties on Sunday.

A large number of people including man and woman, and families gathered and took keen interest in different old classic cars, parked main corridor of the service club. The rally is scheduled to make it way through Pakistan before reaching its final distination at Karachi.

The rally organisers and participants have set off on this long journey in bid to disseminate a message to foreign nations that extremist factions are almost everywhere in the world but Pakistan is moving ahead and making sure that it does not fall behind in making the best out of what it has. A day earlier, the convoy of vintage cars initiated its journey from the Khyber Pass, which is scheduled to reach Karachi on November 29.
