ECC to approve policy guidelines for RLNG sale price today

The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet, which is scheduled to meet on Thursday (today) with finance advisor in the chair, will approve policy guidelines for sale price of Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG).

Ministry of National Food Security and Research will present annual report (2017-18) of the National Economic Council (NEC). Other proposals which will come under consideration are as follows: (i) provision of technical supplementary grant in lieu of supplementary grant through additional funds to cope with the emergency of desert locust threat to Pakistan; (ii) enactment of Pakistan Single Window (PSW) Bill, 2019; (iii) raising of 1x Special Wing for Kartrpur Corridor (technical supplementary grant of Rs 300 million; (iv) constitution of funding facility and; (v) extension of gas network/ rehabilitation of network in oil and gas producing districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
